TruckDeploy

Know when every truck left this morning and when it got back.

TruckDeploy reads your vans’ GPS and lines it up with each tech’s clock-in, so the day’s hours check themselves. You get the answer by email every evening.

Every evening, one email answers it.

At 7 pm on work days you get the whole fleet in one table: when each truck left and from where, when it got back and where it parked, and what the tech’s clock says. Anything that doesn’t line up is called out.

What it watches during the day

Built for service companies running work vans, not long-haul freight. It knows where your shop is and which jobs are on the schedule.

Live map
Where every truck is right now, whether it’s moving, idling or parked, and its speed and address.
Trips with job stops
Any day’s route for any truck. Stops at a scheduled job are matched to that job, so you see when the tech arrived and left.
Alerts that matter
Moving after hours, idling too long, speeding, parked overnight away from the shop, a low battery, or a tracker that has gone quiet.
Closest truck and real ETAs
Plan the route, see which van is nearest a call, and send the customer an “on my way” with a real arrival time.
Mileage and service reminders
The odometer is logged from GPS once a day, so oil changes and inspections come due on time without anyone reading the dash.
A spreadsheet when you need one
Download any day as a CSV for payroll or a job-cost question.

Getting set up

TruckDeploy works with FleetLocate by Spireon trackers today. If your trucks already have them, there’s nothing to install.

  1. Connect your tracker accountEnter your FleetLocate sign-in once. It’s stored encrypted.
  2. Match each truck to its driverSo the report can compare the van with the right person’s clock.
  3. Choose who gets the evening reportUp to five addresses, at the time you pick.

See your own trucks in it.

We’ll connect a demo to your trackers and walk through yesterday’s report with you. TruckDeploy is made by Smart Digital Tech, the team behind LVDeploy.
